@DevilDucky: Pucker Up, Ducklings: Man, you're so ableist with your head requirement.

I'm the same! I just don't usually have an immediate want of someone, so... yeah. Half the time, I forget how I meet someone.

Aww, that's a sweet story. It's not that I wouldn't be with someone missing teeth - I just know I'd notice and it might not be attractive to me right away. Unfortunately, since teeth are so very expensive to fix, if you've had a problem, it might not always be feasible to fix. I know it's not fair to judge someone on that, definitely.

@what name: AXE COLOGNE NOOOOO (it smells like junior high school to me)

I usually end up with engineers, too! Couldn't say why.

Oh, and meet-cute is this rom-com thing where you meet up with someone in a cute way, so you have "the story of how we met". I remember one of my friends NEEDED this kind of thing - she would try to engineer cute ways to meet people (they never worked).

@Steggy is out of bed and dressed.: Haha, I thought about you with No. 3!

"Meet-cute" is like a rom-com thing. You meet in a "cute" way, like, oh, we both got the same watermelon and he was flirty and like I WANT TO SPIT SEEDS WITH YOU (I can't write rom-coms).

@boxspelunker: And of course, I answer my own.

1. Face, totally. Bodies are nice, but I'm pretty flexible on what I find attractive, I've found. Faces are a lot different.

2. Not really any I can think of. I suppose I don't like missing teeth.

3. I like "natural" smells best, and in certain contexts, sweat is nice.

4. I think I do. With men, I seem to like shorter, thinner men with dark hair, dark eyes, and "big" noses. With women, I'm not really sure. I think I like "bigger" body types, but I don't have as much experience.

5. Nah, and I'm not really interested in them. The way I meet a person isn't usually what I remember best, anyway - there's some other moment or memory that tends to mean more to me, where we really connected.

I have a few questions about attraction for you guys, survey-style. Five, because it's a good number.

1. Are you more of a face or body person?
2. Is there a particular body part that's make-or-break for you?
3. What do you prefer your partners to smell like (e.g.: cologne, perfume, soap, dirty socks)
4. Do you have a "type"?
5. Have you ever had a "meet-cute", and do you like them?

Ah-hmm. Ah-hmm-hmm-hmm.

@bananafishtoday: If you want to come out, come out. If your friends think you're attention-seeking, they aren't as accepting as you say they are. They will get why it's important to you.

@boxspelunker: He also just texted me to let me know that he finished his volunteer shift of handing out shoes to the homeless.

I'm jealous of how nice he is.

@miel: Yeah, it is! We have really good chemistry, he's really sweet and fun (and intimidatingly smart), so that's nice.

They're fabulous! He suggested making lentils and I started laughing, because inside internet jokes are the best aphrodisiac, am I right?

Thanks! I hope you're well, too :D

@elephantsgerald: That's a rug, all right! I like it, but I don't!
