Today it was 8 on the tornado then it was blamed for "not being able to afford to rebuild tornado alley schools to withstand tornadoes".
I will say somebody had a great idea and should start a company or non-profit to do it... bury shipping containers with a few snorkel air ducts and a top entrance with ladder to shelter people (or kids) in areas without good shelter.

I love maxi dresses but have a hard time finding ones in my price range that fit my chest. I was staring at the rag pile (old clothes) and clothes for the Good Will pile and had a brainstorm. My tank tops often wear out on the stomach from leaning on the table/desk edge and from my dog jumping. I also have some that are a bit tight on my midsection. So, use one of those as the top to about empire waist length. Then cut other oldshirts off under the armpit sew them into a tube for the body. I could use my current favorite maxi to get the right shape and I can use a drawstring or just a belt for the high waist gather.
Also in my creative ideas of recent (not sure why they keep coming, I should write them down), I made a simple device to keep tank straps over my "old-lady" bras. I sewed a button to a small dark rubber band and put it around both straps to hold them in line. They work really well.
@ohhellno: You definitely should not pay. THere is no reason you should know which landlord goes to which apartment, and the agency should have confirmed it was their apartment before sending someone over either by getting more details as to which one exactly or sending an agent.
Not your responsibility, the landlord did not do a good job verifying.
@StarHen: Sabriel got the picture. It came out really well, although the nipple was a bit oddly shaped, but I went with "nursing nipple realistic" and left it. It was a huge hit at the party and the (non-bra wearing hippy) mother-to-be put it over her boob the rest of the evening. That is after we had the baby that was there model it (without being fed).
I'm not sure how I keep messing this up. Well, here is my post for reals and not a reply.
The first nipple had to be undone. The 2nd nipple was malformed. But the 3rd nipple is a winner. Tomorrow, a boob!

For the citations, the assignment, syllabus, or department should have guidelines as to what format to use and may specify. If it doesn't specify end/footnotes, look up that format (I'm assuming Chicago) and see what is officially recommended. If you haven't been told anything, look to see what is standard in your field.
For example, my field uses all IEEE notation but in my humanities class it was all Chicago. As I remember (could be wrong), footnotes are not common anymore.
